Real Estate Specialist with FINRA Licenses

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Real Estate Distribution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the growth and retention of real estate assets across institutional channels and consultants

Conduct detailed discussions on real estate strategies and products

Serve as an expert point of contact for investment-related inquiries from clients and salespeople

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5+ years of real estate capital raising experience

Series 7 and Series 63 and / or Series 66 certifications

University degree preferred

7+ years of experience preferred

Existing consultant and plan sponsor relationships are a plus
