Key Responsibilities
Assist clients and manage communication between clients' upper management and employees
Supervise administrative aspects of home buyer and seller transactions for real estate clients
Coordinate complex scheduling, travel arrangements, and maintain professionalism and confidentiality
Required Qualifications
4 years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to senior management
Experience in real estate support and supporting brokers
Associates degree or equivalent experience in administration
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple projects effectively
