Real Estate Account Executive

A company is looking for an Account Executive (Real Estate) in Washington D.C.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and qualify leads to identify potential property owners for onboarding

Conduct outreach through cold calling, emailing, and networking to engage property owners

Close deals by guiding property owners through the decision-making process and finalizing agreements

Required Qualifications

Proven success in B2B or B2C sales, particularly in real estate or property management

Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and relationships with property owners

High level of self-discipline and motivation to work independently in a remote environment

Familiarity with real estate markets and property management dynamics

Comfortable using CRM systems and virtual communication platforms for outreach and reporting
