Strong portfolio demonstrating problem framing and system-level thinking

5+ years of experience designing and shipping products, preferably in creative domains

Proven track record of managing projects from concept to launch and iteration

Ability to simplify complex capabilities into clear, usable experiences

Experience in prototyping and collaborating with engineering for high-quality implementation
