A company is looking for a Facilities Management Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee service level agreements and ensure compliance with performance standards

Manage strategic plans, contract negotiations, and supplier diversity programs

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to support project initiatives and budget management

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience

3-5 years of sourcing / contract management experience

Demonstrated experience in preparing and managing RFP processes

Proven ability to negotiate contracts with suppliers

Excellent PC skills with proficiency in all MS Office applications
