Key Responsibilities Field inbound and outbound calls to assist small business owners with insurance inquiries Educate leads on business risks and tailor sales approaches to meet customer needs Collaborate with the Underwriting team to gather necessary documentation for underwriting decisions Required Qualifications Active/current P&C insurance license 2 years' experience in sales or a customer-facing role, preferably in financial services or a regulated industry Experience using software in a professional environment Ability to work evening hours
