Key Responsibilities Own a portfolio of Mid-Market customers, leading post-sale engagement and ensuring accountability for outcomes Drive successful rollout, training, and ongoing value realization across the customer base Manage renewals end-to-end, positioning the company's value and driving retention and expansion Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related customer-facing role at a B2B SaaS company Experience managing various customer sizes across onboarding, adoption, and renewal Ability to operate autonomously, prioritize work, and make sound decisions Strong interest and experience in using AI tools and automation to enhance workflows Data fluency and comfort using data to inform recommendations and actions
