A company is looking for a Manager, Instructional Design. Key Responsibilities Lead the design of effective and engaging learning experiences across the portfolio Set direction for course and product design, collaborating with product and content teams Drive the adoption of new instructional methods, tools, and technologies to enhance learning Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred Extensive experience in instructional design with a proven record of leading design strategy Experience in a senior role with the ability to set direction and elevate team performance Expertise in instructional design principles and adult learning theory Strong strategic thinking skills and ability to connect design decisions to organizational goals
