A company is looking for a Manager of Technical Account Management (West).
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Technical Account Managers to deliver exceptional service
Collaborate with various teams on strategic account plans to drive customer retention and growth
Program manage account escalations and ensure timely resolution of technical issues
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as TAM or Solutions Engineer
3+ years of experience managing technical customer-facing teams
Practical understanding of cloud services and security best practices, with preferred CSP level certifications
Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and their security considerations
B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
