Licensed Real Estate Business Manager

A company is looking for a Business Development Manager to assist in strategic real estate acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Develop a go-to-market plan for strategic real estate acquisition, including market opportunity and financial projections

Build and maintain relationships with real estate owners to establish a pipeline of potential transactions

Work cross-functionally with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales growth

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field preferred

5-10 years of experience in business development or technical support in the telecommunications industry

General understanding of Wireless Network Design and Architecture

Highly specialized knowledge in RF engineering for wireless infrastructure

Licensed Real Estate Agent Broker's License preferred
