Lead Product Designer

A company is looking for a Lead Product Designer to lead end-to-end design for high-impact product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Own discovery, user experience design, visual design, prototyping, and delivery for product initiatives

Advocate for customer voice and experience through user research and usability testing

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define strategy, requirements, and tradeoffs

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in product design

Experience with B2B SaaS products and early-stage product design teams

Demonstrated portfolio showcasing systems thinking and UX design depth

Experience building and contributing to design systems

Strong product thinking informed by business, customer, and technical context
