Lead AI/ML Engineer

A company is looking for a Lead AI / ML Engineer to drive the design and operationalization of AI / ML solutions for clinical workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the architecture and implementation of scalable AI / ML solutions integrated into the ecosystem

Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle, including model development, deployment, and monitoring

Mentor ML engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify impactful use cases

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related STEM field

10+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in building and deploying ML systems

Proven experience delivering end-to-end ML solutions and building API-based inference services

Solid skills in Python and modern ML libraries, along with expertise in MLOps practices

Experience collaborating across functions and translating needs into technical solutions
