Labor Relations Specialist

A company is looking for a Labor Relations Specialist to support labor relations across its global business.

Key Responsibilities

Build relationships with union representatives to resolve issues and prevent escalation

Administer and interpret collective bargaining agreements and manage grievances

Support collective bargaining efforts through research, analysis, and preparation of materials

Required Qualifications

4-7 years of experience in labor relations in a unionized environment

Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws

Experience administering U.S. collective bargaining agreements

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

Proficient with Microsoft Office products and database management skills
