A company is looking for a Junior Help Desk Support Specialist to provide Tier 1 support for the IBM TRIRIGA Integrated Workplace Management System at the IRS. Key Responsibilities Provide Tier 1 user support for system access, navigation issues, and basic application questions Log and triage incoming issues into the designated issue tracking system, ensuring all relevant information is captured Monitor incoming queues to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for response times Required Qualifications 0-3 years of experience in IT help desk, customer service, or computer user support Basic understanding of enterprise software environments and proficiency with IT ticketing systems Bachelor's degree preferred Must be a United States Citizen and able to obtain Public Trust security clearance Must pass strict IRS background checks and adhere to a rigid onboarding SLA
