A company is looking for a Correspondent to join their remote team.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing and responding to member and provider correspondence related to insurance products, claims, accounts, and services
Collaborating with internal teams to gather required information and modifying correspondence templates as needed
Providing backup support to the Customer Service team by answering calls when necessary
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 year of applicable system experience (FACETS, etc.)
1 year of customer service and / or claims experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Prior experience in BlueCare Customer Service and / or Claims preferred
