Infrastructure Support Engineer

A company is looking for an Infrastructure Support Engineer to provide essential support to the DHA enterprise.

Key Responsibilities :

Troubleshooting network issues

Collaborating with a team to make recommendations on troubleshooting, device configuration, and documentation

Resolving issues promptly across various network devices and protocols

Required Qualifications :

Active Department of Defense Secret level security clearance

DoD Approved 8570 / 8140 OS and Cybersecurity certifications

Cisco Certification (CCNA or CCNP) preferred

6+ years of relevant experience in supporting a large network infrastructure

Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or a related discipline preferred but not required
