A company is looking for an HR Coordinator - Global Mobility & Immigration.
Key Responsibilities
Draft assignment letters, business invitation letters, and letters of support
Serve as the first point of contact for stakeholders regarding immigration processes, policies, and timelines
Maintain the recruiting portion of the Green Card process and assist with onboarding reports
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a professional environment with Global Mobility or Immigration exposure
Proficiency in computer skills, particularly the Google suite
Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS systems
Dedication to delivering exceptional experiences for stakeholders
Proficient multitasking capabilities with a strong emphasis on prioritization and time management
