Job Description
A company is looking for a Helpdesk Analyst to join their IT support team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance and support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, logging all support requests in the helpdesk ticketing system
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications while providing user training and guidance
Required Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred
Proven experience in a Helpdesk Analyst or similar IT support role
Experience with O365 Applications and familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems
Certification in CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or similar is a plus
Strong knowledge of popular operating systems and software applications
