A company is looking for an Attorney-Represented Bodily Injury Adjuster. Key Responsibilities Investigates and confirms facts of loss for advanced automobile accidents, determining coverage, liability, and damages Handles investigations regarding all aspects of advanced auto claims with discretion and independence Evaluates and negotiates basic to moderate injury claims while identifying customer needs Required Qualifications Experience in handling complex claims, preferably in bodily injury Advanced understanding of insurance policies and industry practices Ability to exercise discretion and independence in decision-making Knowledge of subrogation and fraud potential Experience at the Adjuster II level or in a specialty position is preferred
