A company is looking for a Federal Quality Assurance Analyst - AWS / Amazon Connect.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of test plans for functionality, performance, and security
Ensure compliance of technical deliverables with Federal security standards
Identify and escalate critical technical risks while implementing mitigation strategies
Required Qualifications
US Citizenship required, with ability to obtain security clearance(s)
Bachelor's degree required
7-10+ years of IT quality assurance experience in large-scale Federal environments
3-5+ years of experience testing programs utilizing Amazon Connect and Salesforce Government Cloud Plus
Working knowledge of Agentforce and Salesforce AI capabilities
