A company is looking for a Communications Governance Administrator to support the communications process within the mortgage servicing division.

Key Responsibilities

Draft and review customer-facing communication pieces to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies

Identify areas for improvement in communication processes and propose cost-effective solutions

Engage with legal counsel and collaborate with technology partners to optimize compliance solutions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communication, or equivalent experience

Five plus years of experience in mortgage servicing with a focus on compliance and communication processes

Three plus years of experience in authoring customer-facing content

Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing and compliance regulations

Experience with content management tools and project management
