Key Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of patient and clinical needs
Own the core experience of delivering care, including advice, coaching, prescriptions, labs, and referrals
Collaborate closely with clinical, product, and engineering teams to drive design decisions with data
Required Qualifications
5+ years of product design experience
Experience with complex workflow tools for specialized end users
Strong skills in rapid prototyping and iterating new product experiences from scratch
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to inform and validate design decisions
Experience working on a clinical product and in early-stage startups or high-growth environments
