A company is looking for an HR Manager to oversee HR operations and lead the HR team remotely from California.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor HR team members while ensuring effective HR practices
Manage onboarding, offboarding, and compliance processes, including payroll and benefits administration
Provide guidance on employee relations and ensure adherence to labor laws and policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
At least 6 years of progressive HR experience, including 2 years in a management role
Expert knowledge of California and Federal labor laws
Experience in managing HR functions across multiple states and remote workforces
Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
