Our virtual clinic, Stella, combines evidence-based care, expert clinicians, and personalized support to help women manage symptoms and improve long-term health outcomes. We're looking for compassionate Nurse Practitioners to join our US clinical team and help close the gap in women's midlife healthcare.
About the Role
As a Stella Nurse Practitioner, you'll provide personalized, evidence-based care to women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause. This isn't just another telehealth gig-you'll have the time and support to deliver truly comprehensive care while helping shape the future of women's midlife health.

Schedule:
- Part-time, remote position
- Patient-facing hours between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (adjusted for patient location, your licensure and timezone)

What You'll Do
Clinical Care:
- Conduct patient consultations via telehealth, providing tailored, compassionate care
- Prescribe FDA-approved hormone and non-hormonal treatments when clinically appropriate
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans integrating lifestyle and behavioral recommendations through the Stella app
- Manage ongoing patient care, including prescription adjustments and symptom monitoring
Collaboration & Quality:
- Collaborate with physicians and pharmacists to manage complex cases and ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in chart audits to maintain compliance and uphold clinical excellence
- Contribute clinical expertise to product refinement, educational content, and care protocols
Growth & Advocacy:
- Engage in weekly clinical education to advance your expertise in women's midlife health
- Build relationships with potential referral partners and participate in brand awareness initiatives
- Help shape the evolution of menopause care at a growing digital health company
✅ Required Qualifications
Must Have:
- Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license in at least one U.S. state - multiple state licenses highly preferred
- Prescriptive authority as a Nurse Practitioner
- Active national board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar)
- Minimum 2-3 years of recent experience (within the last 5 years) practicing as a Nurse Practitioner in:
- Primary Care
- Women's Health
- Gynecology
- Midlife women's health
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience delivering care in a telehealth setting
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
- High proficiency with technology (telehealth platforms, EMRs, communication tools)
- Strong communication skills and genuine passion for supporting women through midlife transitions
Bonus Points:
- NAMS Certified (MSCP/NCMP)
- Experience in startup or fast-paced environments
- Bilingual proficiency (Spanish especially valued)
- Background in integrative or lifestyle medicine
