Job Summary

We are looking for a MIS Executive / Data Analyst who will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and presenting data through reports and dashboards. The candidate should be able to collect data, create MIS reports, analyze business performance, and prepare dashboards to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Collect, clean, and organize data from different sources.
• Analyze data to identify trends and insights for management.
• Create and maintain dashboards and data reports.
• Prepare performance reports for different departments.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
• Generate Excel reports, pivot tables, and data summaries.
• Support management with data-based decision making.
• Coordinate with different teams to collect required data.
• Maintain proper database and documentation of reports.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Charts)
• Experience in data analysis and reporting
• Knowledge of Dashboard creation (Excel / Power BI preferred)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to data accuracy and detail
• Basic understanding of data management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
