We are pleased to introduce a new role to our growing team at Victoria Beckham Beauty. Based in New York and reporting to the Senior Director, Planning our newGlobal Supply Chain Planner will be a critical part of ensuring optimal inventory distribution and supply chain efficiency by aligning stock levels with demand forecasts, reducing costs, and implementing scalable processes that support seamless e-commerce and wholesale operations.

Expectations:

Inventory & Warehouse Management

  • Conduct monthly inventory checks, reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies (misplaced inventory, unclosed transfers, etc.).
  • Allocate inventory across warehouses based on sales forecasts and wholesale needs, minimizing inter-warehouse transfers.
  • Manage expiring inventory and slow-moving stock, coordinating with cross-functional teams to address issues.
  • Ensure timely processing of Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs) and monitor inter-warehouse transfers for optimal inventory distribution.
  • Collaborate with Demand Planning to align inventory with sales forecasts for both e-commerce and wholesale.

Invoice & Cost Management

  • Verify and audit invoices (goods received and freight) for discrepancies, ensuring compliance with purchase orders and contracted rates.
  • Analyze freight, transfer, and other supply chain costs to identify opportunities for cost savings.

Packaging & Supplies Oversight

  • Track packaging materials inventory and implement processes at warehouses to ensure accuracy and prevent shortages or excess.

Wholesale Support & Process Optimization

  • Align inventory levels with wholesale forecasts and monitor order flow to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Develop and document SOPs for inventory checks, invoice auditing, and packaging management.
  • Recommend process improvements to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Required Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or a related operations role
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and supply chain principles
  • Experience with ERP systems and inventory management software
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and resolve discrepancies
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to create or improve operational processes and documentation (e.g., SOPs)
