Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Develop, review, coordinate, and execute training programs and associated materials to support organizational objectives and ensure training content is accurate, current, and aligned with applicable policies, procedures, legal and regulatory requirements, and approved business messaging.

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing and maintaining the development and communication of new Company policies and procedures, and assist with the enhancement of existing Company policies and procedures for U.S. Brand where appropriate. 

  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholder review and approval, incorporate regulatory and business changes as appropriate, communicate significant policy updates to impacted personnel, and conduct periodic reviews to ensure continued relevance, effectiveness, and compliance.

  • Conduct and lead the live U.S. field ride-alongs for the local field force spanning the country, including pre-data analysis, field ride execution (approximately 10% of time), post-data analysis, identification of non-risks, trends and potential areas of non-compliance and CAPA remediation.

  • Assist in the design, development, implementation and enhancement of monitoring and auditing methodologies and procedures to address evolving business and regulatory risks. 

  • Execute quarterly monitoring and testing activities, including data analysis, transaction reviews and documentation of results and any necessary remedial (including coaching, training, investigations and policy updates).

  • Serve as the primary Compliance business partner for assigned U.S. Brand field force team, providing ongoing guidance and support on compliance-related matters. 

  • Deliver timely compliance updates, monitoring findings and policy changes to assigned U.S. Brand field force leadership.

  • Support business initiatives and provide document review for assigned U.S. Brand field force teams by working collaboratively with all support functions.

  • Provide ongoing guidance to Company personnel including, but not limited to, field-based sales, marketing and medical operation regarding Compliance with applicable policies, procedures, guidelines, laws and regulations for U.S. Brands.

  •  Perform other duties as assigned.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

Education/Experience:

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree, 0-2 years of experience. Accounting, Audit or Finance, Related governance, legal or audit function preferred. 

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Must possess Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Preferred candidate previous experience with an International Pharmaceutical company and have experience with sales force compliance.

  • Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing with superiors, peers, and colleagues inside and outside the company.

  • Must possess excellent computer proficiency.

Exact compensation may vary based on items such as skills, experience and location. The salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $105,000.
