Role Description

We are looking for a dedicated Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, on-site role involving the identification, sourcing, screening, and hiring of top technical talent to support our growing organization. You will manage the full lifecycle of recruiting, collaborate with hiring managers to understand resource needs, conduct interviews, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Additionally, you will leverage innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline and stay updated on the latest trends in IT recruitment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Recruiting and IT Recruitment
• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and managing the hiring process
• Strong Interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and departments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and professional networking platforms
• Prior experience hiring for digital marketing or IT-related roles is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
