Senior Manufacturing Engineer – New Product Introduction (NPI) 📍 Delaware, OH (Greater Columbus Area) | Onsite | 30% Travel

Own the launch of new products from concept to full-scale production.

We’re looking for a Manufacturing / NPI Engineer who wants to be at the center of how products are designed, built, and scaled globally. This is a highly visible role where you’ll partner with engineering, supply chain, and operations to bring new products to life—and make sure they’re built right the first time.

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Lead manufacturing strategy for new product introductions (NPI) from concept through production launch
• Partner with design engineering to drive DFM / DFA and cost optimization early in development
• Develop scalable manufacturing processes (process flow, equipment, tooling, automation)
• Support prototype and pilot builds, identifying issues and driving improvements before launch
• Identify and mitigate risk using PFMEA, control plans, and process controls
• Collaborate with global teams to transfer and scale production across regions
• Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives throughout the product lifecycle
• Own key metrics tied to cost, quality, and manufacturability

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, NPI, or industrial engineering
• Experience supporting new product launches / product introduction
• Strong background in electro-mechanical manufacturing
• Experience with DFM, PFMEA, and process development
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and supply chain
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, etc.)
