- Support quality audit by reviewing and correcting discrepancies in employee data.
- Utilize technology and analytical tools for developing and analyzing enterprise-wide people and cross-functional data.
- Provide administrative support by composing confidential correspondence, responding to inquiries, complaints, or problems related to HR function.
- Receive, review, and prioritize HR case tickets, assign them to appropriate functions or departments, monitor progress, and ensure timely resolution.
- Resolve basic Tier 1 inquiries.
