Paid Media Specialist – Google Ads & Meta Ads
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. This is a fully remote role for someone who understands performance marketing, campaign testing, conversion tracking, budget management, and data-driven optimization.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while providing clear updates and practical recommendations to improve campaign results.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Optimize campaigns based on CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and overall performance
- Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis
- Set up, review, and troubleshoot conversion tracking, pixels, and basic analytics
- Test ad creatives, audiences, landing pages, offers, and campaign structures
- Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust budgets when needed
- Prepare clear weekly reports with insights, results, and next-step recommendations
- Communicate professionally with the internal team
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of paid search, paid social, tracking, and campaign optimization
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make practical performance improvements
- Experience with lead generation, e-commerce, or service-based campaigns is a plus
- Good written communication skills in English
- Ability to work remotely and manage tasks independently
- Availability for regular communication during business hours
