With continued growth in its regulatory offering, the firm is seeking an FDA Regulatory Attorney to join its expanding team. This is an opportunity to work closely with experienced partners on complex and high-profile FDA matters affecting consumer-facing industries.

Responsibilities

  • Advising clients on FDA regulatory compliance, risk management, and market strategy.
  • Supporting product development, labelling, marketing claims, and lifecycle management for FDA-regulated consumer products.
  • Assisting with FDA enforcement actions, investigations, and regulatory disputes.
  • Drafting and reviewing regulatory submissions, guidance responses, and compliance documentation.
  • Advising on advertising, promotion, and labeling requirements, including claims substantiation.
  • Collaborating closely with partners and clients to deliver practical, business-oriented regulatory solutions.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years' FDA regulatory experience gained within a law firm.
  • Strong working knowledge of FDA regulations impacting consumer products, including food and beverage, cosmetics, and dietary supplements.
  • Experience advising clients on regulatory compliance, labelling, and FDA interactions.
  • Ability to manage matters independently with appropriate partner oversight.
  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.

Certifications:

  • Active admission to at least one U.S. state bar.
