Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Lab Technician to manage in-house quality testing for spices and dehydrated food products. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality, consistency, and compliance with food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct raw material and finished goods testing for spices and dehydrated products

Perform moisture, mesh size, granulation, color, and purity analysis

Ensure products meet internal quality benchmarks and client specifications

Maintain proper lab records, reports, and documentation

Handle sampling, batch testing, and quality approvals before dispatch

Monitor and maintain lab equipment and calibration

Ensure compliance with FSSAI and food safety regulations

Coordinate with production team to improve product quality and consistency

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
