This role requires someone who can think creatively, execute professionally, operate independently, and continuously adapt as the industry evolves.

- Capture high-quality video and photography for clients, brands, events, listings, podcasts, and internal projects.

- Participate in and/or lead shoots while ensuring a professional and efficient production environment.
- Assist with storyboarding, creative direction, and content strategy development.
- Manage media assets, project files, backups, and content delivery workflows.
- Maintain equipment and ensure shoot readiness at all times.
- Manage your own schedule, deadlines, and workload while maintaining clear communication with management and clients.
- Operate efficiently both independently and collaboratively depending on the needs of the project.
- Stay current on emerging trends, technologies, and AI tools that improve efficiency and creative output.

Experience with AI-powered workflows and tools is considered a major asset, including:
- Editing and post-production acceleration
- Content ideation and scripting
- Asset generation and enhancement
- Workflow automation
- Content repurposing
- Research and trend analysis
