• Provide comprehensive legal advice across various matters
• Draft and manage SaaS and commercial agreements
• Support compliance with privacy and employment laws
• Assist in corporate governance and risk management
• Enhance efficiency of legal team operations and processes Requirements:
• Licensed lawyer in Ontario or eligible for transfer
• 7–10 years of experience in technology law
• Background in negotiating SaaS agreements
• Excellent written and verbal communication
