We’re excited to share that Aplos, Raisely, and Keela have come together to form one unified company, Velora, with a shared mission: to help nonprofit organizations thrive. While we continue to offer the products you know and love, we now operate as one team, dedicated to making nonprofit work easier, more impactful, and more sustainable.

Together, our combined expertise spans fundraising, donor management, financial tracking, and communications—offering a powerful suite of tools designed to reduce complexity so nonprofits can focus on what matters most: making a difference.

We’re one company with 3 products all servicing customers in the impact space. Working at Velora means that you have the opportunity to build one or across all our products.

We have a combination of merged teams and also teams dedicated to one specific product and you can find details about the work through our job descriptions under the “about the role” section.

About the Role:

Velora is a suite of purpose-built tools for nonprofits — Raisely, Keela, and Aplos — that brings fundraising, donor management, and fund accounting into alignment. Our platform powers over 15,000 global nonprofits, helping them raise funds, nurture donors, and track every dollar. We're building the definitive operating platform for the nonprofit sector, and partnerships are a critical engine of that growth.

We're looking for a driven, revenue-focused Partner Sales Manager to own the partner revenue channel at Velora. This is a full-funnel sales role embedded in the partner ecosystem — you're not just managing relationships, you're actively demoing the product, qualifying partner referrals, and closing deals.

Your north star is $500K in partner-sourced revenue annually, and you'll own every step of the process to get there. You'll work primarily with consultants, accounting firms, referral partners, and resellers across the Raisely, Keela, and Aplos ecosystems — activating existing partners, signing new ones, and converting partner-sourced leads into customers.

This role sits within the GTM org and works closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. If you've worked in partnerships before but never owned the close — or if you've been in sales but want to build something in a partner channel — this is the role.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the $500K partner-sourced revenue target — This is your number. You'll set the strategy, track progress weekly, and course-correct fast. You know which partners and which motions move the number.
  • Run the full sales cycle with partner referrals — When a partner sends a referral or a warm lead, you own it. You'll run discovery, demo the product, handle objections, and close. You are not a handoff point — you are the closer.
  • Demo the product to partners and referrals — You'll become a deep product expert across Raisely, Keela, and Aplos. Partners need to trust that you can represent the platform confidently; referrals need to see the value clearly.
  • Activate existing partners — Velora has 145 partners across its network. Many are signed but underperforming. You'll build and run activation playbooks that get partners generating leads — and you'll stay in the motion until they do.
  • Sign new revenue-generating partners — Identify and close partnerships with consultants, accounting firms, referral partners, and resellers who have direct access to nonprofits. You know how to pitch the program and close the relationship.
  • Own partner relationships end-to-end — For your partner segment, you're the primary point of contact. You manage with the depth of a key account manager and the urgency of someone who owns a revenue number.
  • Report and iterate — Track partner pipeline, activation rates, referral volume, and revenue contribution. Bring clear recommendations to leadership on what's working and where to double down.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years in SaaS sales or partnerships — You've owned a revenue number and closed deals. Partner-channel experience is a strong plus.
  • Nonprofit SaaS experience — The nonprofit sector is a tight-knit community. You understand the buyer, the language, and the dynamics.
  • Full-funnel sales ability — You can run a demo, handle objections, and close. You don't hand off to someone else when it gets to the hard part.
  • A proven revenue track record — You've hit a number. You can speak clearly to how you did it, where you missed, and what you learned.
  • Activation mindset — You don't consider a partner "done" when they sign. You stay in it until they're producing. You build playbooks, run motions, and measure activation as rigorously as you measure signing.
  • Self-starter — Nothing blocks you for long. You figure it out, adapt when the playbook isn't working, and set the pace yourself.
  • Cross-functional fluency — You work naturally with Marketing, Sales, and CX. You bring problems with solutions.
  • Mission alignment — You genuinely care about the nonprofit sector and want to help mission-driven organizations do more with better tools.
