Essential Job Functions:

• our Client is looking for a motivated business process driven individual.
• Documenting and mapping existing processes, including process flows, inputs, outputs, and resources.
• Gather requirements/scope/stories from stakeholders to gain an understanding of the business function and objectives
• Analyzing and interpreting any process related to a product/application and metrics, to communicate the process improvement plan and elicit buy-in from stakeholders.
• Creation and maintenance of AS-IS and TO-BE business process models and capability maps using tools, applying BPMN standards across systems, ensuring regulatory compliance and full traceability of process changes.
• Performing gap analysis and generate insights.
• Visualize the insights in presentations, reports or dashboards.
• Validate and refactor visualizations with stakeholders

Qualifications

You will have: (Skills/Experience)

• 5 yrs+ Process Analytics/ business analysis(with process analysis and optimization) Experience
• Knowledge of IT Infrastructure Environments/ITIL would be advantageous.
• Developing and implementing new business processes.
• The ability to visualize interpretations in either reporting, PPT presentations or UI.
• Knowledge of business analysis best practice – MoSCoW, RTM, Six Sigma, Item and Issue tracking, Requirements elicitation methods such as interviewing and interactive modeling.
• Working knowledge of requirements management through to delivery, both Agile and Waterfall.
• Experience within a tier1 banking experience ideally our Client infrastructure environments
• Excellent self-starter, able to work in virtual global teams in a matrix organization.
• Extensive analytical skills, flexibility regarding problem solving.
• Monitoring the success of updated business workflows.
• Open minded, able to share information, transfer knowledge and expertise to team members.
• Able to work in fast paced environment.

• A qualification from an accredited college or university with a concentration in IT or Computer Science related discipline (equivalent diploma or technical faculty)
• Value Stream Mapping
• Process Optimization Lean Methodology
• Change Management
• Business Process Re-engineering, Process Library Management
• Advanced Excel Skills
• SQL Queries
• PowerPoint presentation preparation
• Familiarity with change management
• Project management skills: managing JIRA & Kanban board and Book of Work of projects.
• Planning skills

Attention to detail

• Tableau Skills/Dashboard skills(good to have)
• Microsoft Visio, ARIS, Adonis, Miro, Lucidchart(good to have)
• Experience with Atlassian products Jira, Confluence
• Fluent in English (written/verbal)
• German would be advantageous, not necessary.
