Dynamics 365 Developer

This position is for a front-end developer to develop solutions on a large enterprise Dynamics 365 implementation that works across business groups.  This will not only be for handling Dynamics 365 and Power platform design and development, but it will also help lead Vanguard into building agentic experiences to better serve our clients. This will involve developing with Microsoft 365 Copilot and the Power Platform. This position requires a good technical acumen and a desire to keep learning as much of the technology is emerging, we are looking for a self-starter who can work independently and make decisions when necessary/as applicable and someone who will build comprehensive technical knowledge of the solutions in this space. 

This team is developing a large-scale Power Platform implementation integrating across multiple clouds. This is a great opportunity to gain experience developing multi-cloud solutions on an enterprise scale. 

 
Required Qualifications: 

•  Minimum 3 years of experience working with Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Platform.  

• Experience supporting and enhancing existing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.  

• Experience with JavaScript Frameworks like Angular or React. 

• Strong knowledge of Dataverse, Power Automate, and model-driven app development.  

• Experience designing and configuring security roles and access controls in Dynamics 365.  

• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with mixed teams of product and technology team members. 

• Strong documentation and problem-solving skills.  

• Experience working in an Agile or product-focused environment.  

Preferred Qualifications: 
 

• Experience with Github for pipeline management and source control.  

• Exposure to integration with external systems using APIs and custom connectors.  

• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Marketing, or Field Service is a plus. 

• Front-end development skills with React or Angular solutions.
