  • Preparing and maintaining documentation related to technical specifications, integrations, configurations, and support procedures
  • Supporting 24-hour availability requirements through participation in on-call rotations as needed
  • Contributing to continuous improvement efforts and sharing knowledge with peers across Finance and Technology teams

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting or developing enterprise applications, ideally within finance or ERP ecosystems
  • Hands-on experience configuring enterprise software beyond the GUI, using tools such as XML, JSON, APIs, or scripting languages
  • Proficiency in Microsoft technologies including C#/.NET Core for custom development, Azure services (e.g., Data Factory, App Services, Functions) for cloud-first deployments and integrations, and SQL Server for advanced querying, stored procedures, and FP&A reporting.
  • Working knowledge of Dynamics CRM and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) for building workflows, apps, and analytics tied to financial systems.
  • Experience working with or supporting ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is strongly preferred
  • Understanding of application integrations, including REST APIs, file transfers, workflow automation, or middleware tools
  • Familiarity with SDLC methodologies, ITIL practices, change management, and release management
