We are looking for an experienced RCM Manager with deep expertise in US Physician Accounts Receivable (AR) to lead operations, drive financial outcomes, and build high-performing teams.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Manager – Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) with strong Physician AR Billing experience. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience managing end-to-end Accounts Receivable operations for physician practices, including denial management, aging reduction, payment recovery, payer escalations, client relationship management, and team leadership.

This role requires a strategic leader who can drive operational excellence, maximize collections, improve key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure outstanding client satisfaction.

Please Note: This role is specifically for candidates with US Physician Billing AR experience. Experience limited to Hospital Billing, Dental Billing, Pharmacy Billing, or Medical Coding alone will not be considered.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of the US Physician Revenue Cycle.
• Expertise in commercial and government payer guidelines.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care reimbursement.
• Experience managing large AR teams in a Healthcare BPO/KPO environment.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Dashboards).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree preferred).
• 8–12 years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing Physician AR teams.
• Proven experience managing client-facing operations and multiple physician accounts.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
