As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services while ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and personalized care.

Responsibilities

• Perform haircuts, shaves, and grooming services with precision and attention to detail.
• Sanitize tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to client needs and preferences.
• Upsell additional services such as beard trims, hair treatments, or nail care as appropriate.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyles and grooming techniques to offer clients contemporary options.
• Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling, client records, and inventory management.
• Mentor junior staff or apprentices in barbering techniques and customer service best practices.
• Apply makeup as requested by clients, enhancing their overall .
• Demonstrate knowledge of color theory when discussing options with clients considering hair coloring services.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or barbering license is required.
• Proven experience in a not required.

Pay: $600.00 - $900.00 per week
