Job Summary

We are looking for a Accounts Manager to manage daily financial transactions, taxation, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have experience in GST, TDS, TCS, bookkeeping, and vendor reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely entries.

GST, TDS & TCS Compliance: Handle GST filings, TDS deductions, and TCS compliance.

Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and collections.

Bank Reconciliation: Ensure accurate reconciliation of bank statements.

Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing P&L statements, balance sheets, and MIS reports.

Vendor & Client Management: Coordinate payments, reconciliations, and settlements.

Audits & Taxation: Support internal/external audits and tax assessments.

Skills & Qualifications:

Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance)

Experience: 10 in accounting and taxation.

Software Proficiency: Tally ERP

Tax Knowledge: Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and generate reports.

Communication: Good verbal and written skills for dealing with vendors and clients.

Preferred Qualifications

➤ Experience in import/export documentation and compliance.

➤ Knowledge of MIS reporting & advanced Excel.

➤ Prior experience in a manufacturing or e-commerce setup is a plus.
