Build the Next Big Skincare Launch at LuxaDerme
At LuxaDerme, we’re looking for a Brand Manager who thrives on identifying consumer needs, developing innovative products, and bringing them successfully to market. This role is focused on New Product Development (NPD) and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy rather than traditional brand communications.

What You’ll Do
- Lead New Product Development (NPD) from ideation to market launch
- Identify market gaps, consumer needs, and emerging beauty trends
- Develop product concepts, positioning, pricing, and packaging recommendations
- Create and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for product launches
- Partner with Product Development, Creative, Performance Marketing, E-commerce, Retention, and Sales teams
- Define launch plans, messaging, channel strategy, and success metrics
- Track product performance and recommend improvements based on consumer feedback and data
- Coordinate with agencies, influencers, and external partners to support launches
- Analyze competitor activity and category trends to identify growth opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, NPD, or Category Management
- Experience in Beauty, Skincare, Personal Care, FMCG, D2C, or Consumer Brands
- Proven track record of launching successful products
- Strong understanding of Go-To-Market (GTM) planning and execution
- Ability to translate consumer insights into commercially successful products
- Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong execution capabilities
