Job Description
- Administer, support, and optimize the organization's Salesforce platform, including CRM and Marketing Cloud environments.
- Provide ongoing technical support, configuration, and system enhancements to ensure platform stability and performance.
- Partner with product owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Lead feature rollouts, releases, and platform improvements in alignment with business priorities.
- Perform requirements analysis, solution configuration, testing coordination, and release support.
- Manage user access, security controls, data governance standards, and compliance with established policies.
- Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap discussions for Salesforce platform evolution.
- Promote best practices across administration, testing, documentation, and change management.
- Support enterprise initiatives while balancing operational and project-based demands.
Desired Skills and Experience
We are looking for experienced, delivery-focused administrators who can support configuration-heavy work as part of our Core CRM implementation project, while also contributing to our broader enterprise CRM initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who is technically hands-on, understands the Salesforce platform deeply, and can work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions
Required Experience, Skills & Certifications
Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience administering and supporting Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud.
Proven experience delivering and supporting enterprise-level Salesforce implementations.
Strong knowledge of the full IT project lifecycle, including business analysis, configuration, testing, release management, and change management.
Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, process documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
Expertise in system configuration, user management, data governance, security controls, and performance monitoring.
Experience working with Salesforce Industry Clouds or specialized cloud solutions.
Exposure to Salesforce AI capabilities, including predictive and generative features.
Strong understanding of testing methodologies and quality assurance best practices.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Certifications
Active Salesforce Administrator certification required.
Advanced Administrator and Marketing Cloud Administrator certifications preferred.
Additional Salesforce certifications considered an asset.
