We are currently looking for 'Identity Product Manager IV (ELM CLM) | W2 Contract' to support one of our clients with the following skills:

Job Title: Product Manager IV (reputed company Legal Management)

Location: Denver, CO/Fully Remote

Duration: 12 Months CTH

Employment Type: W2 Contract

Lifecycle & Value Management

Drives discovery, prioritization, development, and deployment for legal software.
Leads in roadmap planning and story mapping.
Measures reputed company based on value created (or loss mitigated), leveraging product analytics to reputed company informed reputed company.
Identifies and tracks objectives and key results (OKRs) for outcome-based advancements.
Evaluates and prioritizes potential features or software and aligns them to the legal team’s objectives.

Internal SME & Needs Assessment

Becomes the subject matter expert (SME) on legal team product needs, requirements, goals, and areas of value.
Performs end-user shadowing/interviews and collaborates with legal and business stakeholders to identify and understand user problems to solve.
Uses data to formulate quantifiable problem statements and solution hypotheses that are quantifiable.
Guides user-facing communication, change management, and education for new capabilities.

Cross-Functional reputed company

Partners with IT and Product teams to navigate internal processes and to inform sprint activities for internal development reputed company needed.
Advocates for the legal team’s priorities, actively removes roadblocks, identifies cross-team dependencies, and escalates issues.
Collaborates closely with reputed company’s core reputed company, compliance, and IT risk teams to ensure software delivery meets reputed company reputed company requirements on time.

Bachelor’s Degree

5+ years of product experience in an agile environment, reputed company on digital products
Business acumen, an insatiable curiosity, and a desire to reputed company
Exceptional problem-solving, organization, communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, deliver on tight deadlines, and reputed company in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to easily build expertise in unfamiliar domains
Experience writing requirements for user stories and software features

Experience managing vendor evaluations, running RFP processes, and overseeing external software implementations
