Senior Retention Specialists are advocates for the clients of reputed company. They assess needs, manage accounts to drive customer engagement, and increase retention by efficient and empathetic issue reputed company. Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience with high-level customer escalations in account management, reputed company relations, hospitality, or tourism, preferably over the phone.

Pay/Benefits: $18/hr to start with the opportunity to be promoted to a full-time position based on performance, which offers:
