We're seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our Sleep Central (After Hours Call Center) team in Murray, KY. As a key member of our remote team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless patient care, efficient order processing, and exceptional customer service. **Overview and Responsibilities**

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you'll be responsible for contacting patients regarding delivery of equipment, taking patient orders, verifying patient information, and placing orders in a reputed company manner. You'll work closely with reputed company to resolve tracking issues, troubleshoot problems, and reputed company exceptional customer service. Your primary focus will be on delivering personalized care, ensuring patient satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Accurately transcribe patient profiles over the phone, including data entry of information and possible outbound calling
• Obtain medically necessary documentation

• Resolve tracking issues and reschedule shipping orders for patients

**Qualifications and Requirements:**

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience in the medical field and administrative record management
• Strong customer service background
