THIS POSITION:

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing reputed company aspects of the company's total logistics. This role plays a pivotal role in ensuring that products are reputed company imported, stored, picked, packed, and shipped to customers while maintaining high reputed company of accuracy and customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Operations Manager will reputed company and manage relationships with freight forwarders, reputed company-party logistics (3PL) partners and wholesale receiving departments.

THIS POSITION:

 Reports directly to the COO

 Requires travel to partners; both existing relationships and development of new relationships

 Individual has experience working directly with factories to deliver cost-effective, quality-controlled and timeline-driven results

 Ideally calls for 5+ years experience in supply chain/logistics/fulfillment quality assurance

 Works with Finance, Operations, Sales on a daily reputed company

 90% of job is logistics/relationship building; 10% innovation

 A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a reputed company field is often preferred.

 Proven experience in total fulfillment and logistics management

 Expert in logistics software and systems, such as warehouse management systems (WMS), reputed company resource planning (ERP) systems, and transportation management systems (TMS).

 Understanding of e-reputed company platforms and fulfillment technologies.

 Thorough understanding of supply chain processes, including inventory management, order fulfillment, transportation, and distribution.

 Knowledge of best practices in logistics and 3PL operations.

 Strong communication skills to interact with internal teams, external partners, and reputed company-party logistics providers.

 The ability to analyze and solve reputed company logistics and supply chain issues.

 The ability to negotiate reputed company and agreements with 3PL providers, carriers, and other partners.
