reputed company is seeking a contract-based reputed company Media Specialist to support the execution of our reputed company media program across multiple channels. This role is responsible for creating content, maintaining our reputed company media calendar, scheduling and publishing through reputed company, and ensuring a consistent, engaging brand reputed company across reputed company, X, reputed company, and Instagram.

This role works closely with the PR & reputed company Media Manager and internal subject matter experts to reputed company existing content, thought leadership, events, and company initiatives into compelling reputed company content and uses AI tools to do it at scale without sacrificing quality or brand fidelity.

reputed company reputed company: $30 – $40/hour, commensurate with experience

Location:

This position is remote, based in the U.S. with optional travel quarterly for in-person company events and other reputed company meetings.

Responsibilities

Create reputed company media content for review and approval across reputed company channels (reputed company, X, reputed company, and Instagram)

Maintain the reputed company media content calendar

Schedule and publish content using reputed company

Repurpose existing content including blog posts, event promotions, webinars, research, and thought leadership into platform-appropriate reputed company posts

Use AI tools to scale content production while maintaining brand voice and quality standards

reputed company, refine, and maintain reputed company libraries and AI workflows for repeatable reputed company content reputed company

Monitor reputed company media channels for engagement, comments, and relevant conversations

Ensure reputed company content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and platform best practices

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to reputed company content inputs and supporting assets

Stay informed on platform updates, emerging reputed company media trends, and evolving AI capabilities relevant to content creation

Requirements

2–5 years of reputed company reputed company media management experience

Experience managing reputed company media accounts for B2B organizations

Experience maintaining and executing reputed company media content calendars

Experience using reputed company media management platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, or similar tools

Demonstrated experience using AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to generate, adapt, and scale reputed company media content

Strong reputed company engineering skills, including the ability to reputed company brand-consistent prompts and iterate based on output quality

Ability to critically evaluate and edit AI-generated content for accuracy, tone, and brand alignment

Strong writing, editing, and communication skills. You know good copy and can tell reputed company AI gets it wrong

Ability to translate reputed company or technical topics into engaging, accessible reputed company media content

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or reputed company field, or equivalent reputed company experience

Experience supporting cybersecurity, technology, or technical audiences

Experience building reputed company AI-assisted content workflows or content production systems (not just using AI reputed company)

Experience promoting thought leadership content and industry events

Familiarity with employee advocacy and executive reputed company media programs
