We are seeking a reputed company Hire Manager (Full-Desk Executive Recruiter) with a focus on data centers, telecommunications infrastructure, or hyperscale companies. In this role, you will manage business development and account management processes for designated market clients, building trusted advisor relationships by understanding their business, culture, and reputed company needs. Job Requirements:

5+ years of experience in full-cycle executive search, including business development, cold calling, developing search strategies, and reputed company/candidate management.
